Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record recruiting in Latin America to strengthen and elevate Goldbar Staffing’s internal staffing department.

This role is not for someone who simply posts job ads and waits.

You will own LATAM sourcing, proactively hunt for top-tier talent, and build high-quality pipelines that consistently deliver A-level candidates across multiple virtual assistant roles.

You’ll work closely with the Staffing Manager and play a critical role in improving how Goldbar attracts, evaluates, and delivers exceptional candidates to U.S.-based clients. This is a strategic, hands-on recruiting role with real ownership and impact.


Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

1) Proven LATAM Recruiting Experience

- Demonstrated experience recruiting candidates in Latin America (required)

- Strong understanding of LATAM talent markets and sourcing platforms

- Experience hiring across multiple countries in the region preferred

2) Direct Sourcing & Headhunting Ability

- Proven experience sourcing candidates directly (not just running ads)

- Comfortable hunting for talent through:

LinkedIn, Remote Latinos, TestGorilla, Facebook groups, Discord, and niche talent communities

- Ability to assess candidates beyond their résumé

3) Strong Communication & Evaluation Skills

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Ability to evaluate candidate quality, professionalism, and fit

- Comfortable giving feedback and improving hiring standards

4) Highly Organized & Ownership-Driven

- Extremely organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable owning and managing recruiting pipelines end-to-end

- Proactive mindset — identifies problems and fixes them without waiting


Key Responsibilities

1) Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Ownership

- Proactively source high-quality LATAM candidates for:

Executive Assistants, Calling & Sales Support roles, Marketing, Technical, Financial, and niche VA positions

- Build and maintain consistent, high-quality candidate pipelines

- Source candidates outside of paid ads to raise overall talent quality

- Ensure a steady flow of strong candidates into interview stages

2) Platform & Systems Management

- Own and manage hiring platforms across LATAM and non-LATAM markets

- Maintain clean, organized, and effective pipelines

- Support staffing operations using tools such as:

GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Slack.

3) Recruiting Strategy & Optimization

-Oversee and critique job ads, focusing on:

Copy quality, Targeting effectiveness, Candidate quality

- Recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and platforms

- Assist in revamping and improving staffing workflows when needed

4) Staffing Department Support

- Partner closely with the staffing team to ensure consistent candidate flow

- Improve sourcing quality so interviews are filled with strong candidates

- Act as a strategic support function — not just execution
