What You’ll Learn

Inside the Goldbar Academy Bootcamp, you’ll be trained to:

- Handle inbound calls and texts professionally

- Manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups

- Design basic graphics and schedule content in Canva and Meta Suite

- Support client success tasks like listing packets, transaction follow-ups, or pipeline check-ins

- Use real estate CRMs, automation tools, and AI integrations to boost your productivity

- Work independently while hitting key performance metrics

- Organize recruiting and sales processes using tools like ClickUp, Trello, Slack, and Zoom

You’ll be trained across all assistant disciplines; Admin, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Support, because the modern real estate business needs one Ultimate Assistant, not four fragmented hires.

The Role

Once certified, you’ll be matched with a real estate entrepreneur who is building something big. You’ll step into a remote, long-term position where you may:

- Answer calls, confirm appointments, and coordinate scheduling

- Support social media posting, branding, or newsletter content

- Organize project tasks, transaction timelines, or lead follow-ups

- Help recruit new agents by managing CRM pipelines and interview bookings

- Take ownership of backend systems and SOPs

- Work inside Slack and Zoom to stay in lockstep with your client
